Located in Hudson, Florida on SR-52 near the Suncoast Parkway, we are minutes from the heart of Tampa Bay. The steel building offers over 5000 square feet of indoor training with state of the art equipment including but limited to a full size MMA cage, heavy bags, aqua bags, spar bars, speed bags, battle ropes, Smith Machine, leg press, free weights and plenty of mat space. Outside covered area offers 2500 sq/ft of outdoor training areas. Finally we have approximately 5000 sq/ft of usable land that will be the home of our FiteFit Boot Camp.
